Warranty Coverage

REVI Bikes provides a 2-year limited warranty on all electric bikes and components purchased from Eco Bike USA. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What's Covered:

  • Frame and fork
  • Motor and electrical components
  • Battery
  • Display and controls
  • All factory-installed components and accessories

What's NOT Covered:

  • Wear items: Tires, inner tubes, brake pads, chains, and other consumable parts
  • Damage from misuse: Crashes, accidents, improper maintenance, modifications, or custom builds
  • Normal wear and tear: Cosmetic damage, scratches, or fading
  • Damage from improper assembly or maintenance
  • Bikes used for commercial purposes or rentals

Warranty Limitations:

  • Valid only in the Continental United States
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Original purchaser only (non-transferable)

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

Shipping

When you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation with the details about your purchase.

We will process your order within 12 hours. If it's during business hours, it'll be much sooner. We know you want to receive your item(s) ASAP!

After your order is processed, it will ship within 2-3 business days and you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation with your tracking information. We will also notify you when your shipment is out for delivery and when it's been delivered.

Most orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS.

All of our manufacturers thoroughly inspect each item before it is shipped. However, please make sure you also inspect your item(s) when it arrives before you sign for it. If you see any visible damages, please sign for the item as "Damaged" and retain a copy of the bill/receipt.

After that, please contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the manufacturer. All damage claims are handled directly by our manufacturers.

Return & Refund Policy

At Eco Bike USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your REVI electric bike purchase. If you're not happy with your bike, you may return it within 7 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Bike must be in brand-new, unused condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
  • Missing components may result in deductions from your refund

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact us at support@ecobikesusa.com to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping:

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • If your purchase included free shipping, shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We will provide a pre-paid shipping label, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75
  • Eco Bike USA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment

Restocking Fee:

  • A 20% inspection and restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase price

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be issued within 2-3 weeks after we receive, inspect, and process the returned bike
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • Any damage incurred during return shipping may result in additional deductions

Non-Returnable Items:
