Found a better deal? Simply email us at support@ecobikesusa.com with a link to the competitor's product page showing the lower price. We'll verify it and process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Price Match Requirements
To ensure fair comparisons, our guarantee includes:
- ✅ You must have already purchased the bike from Eco Bikes USA
- ✅ The competitor must be an authorized online retailer (no retail locations)
- ✅ The bike must be the exact same model and in stock (no backorders)
- ✅ Price match includes product price + shipping costs (excludes sales tax)
- ✅ Request must be made within 90 days of your purchase date
- ✅ We'll also match our own website if we lower the price
Not eligible: Auction sites (eBay, etc.), discount liquidators, unauthorized dealers, promotional bundles, rebates, or BOGO offers.
