Eunorau frames are covered for 5 years from the frame production date. Replacement includes frame only; labor costs are not covered. Eunorau reserves the right to substitute comparable models or colors if the original is unavailable.

• Impact damage

Batteries - 2 Years (Prorated)

Batteries are covered under a 2-year prorated warranty. A healthy battery maintains 85% or above capacity after 2 years of normal use.

• Within 6 months: 20% credit
• Within 12 months: 10% credit
