The maximum load capacity is 250 lbs. This includes the rider and any cargo or accessories.

What terrain can this bike handle?

The 20" x 4.0" fat tires are designed for all-terrain use including sand, snow, mud, gravel, rocky trails, and pavement. The front suspension fork and low tire pressure capability (5-10 psi) provide excellent shock absorption and traction on rough terrain.

How does the folding mechanism work?

The bike features a quick-release folding mechanism that allows you to fold it without tools. When folded, it measures 49.21" x 9.65" x 20", making it compact enough to fit in most car trunks, RVs, or storage closets.

Is this bike street legal?

Yes, the Nakto Folding OX meets Class 2 e-bike specifications in most US states (throttle + pedal assist, max 20 mph). However, e-bike regulations vary by state and locality, so check your local laws before riding on public roads or trails.

Warranty Coverage Period

All Nakto electric bikes come with a 1-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty is automatically registered upon delivery and applies to the original purchaser only (non-transferable). Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

What's Covered

The Nakto limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the following components:

• Motor
• Battery (excluding normal capacity degradation)
• Controller
• Throttle
• Brake system
• PAS (Pedal Assist System)

Original Nakto parts and components covered by warranty are eligible for one free replacement within the 1-year warranty period with no shipping costs. Second replacements require payment for shipping and component costs.

What's NOT Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear items: tires, brake pads, calipers, handlebar grips, crankset, chain, saddles, pedals, dropouts, bearings
• Cosmetic damage: scratches, dents, cracks on exterior surfaces
• Water damage or batteries left to self-discharge
• Battery capacity degradation from normal charging cycles
• Damage from:
  
  Improper assembly or maintenance
  Unauthorized modifications or incompatible parts
  Accidents, falls, misuse, abuse, or neglect
  Unauthorized repairs
  Exceeding weight or speed limits
  Altering electrical system programming (including speed limiter modifications beyond 32km/hr)
  Extreme use including contests and water wading

Nakto Electric Bikes Return Policy

At Eco Bike USA, customer satisfaction is our priority. All Nakto electric bikes are backed by the manufacturer's return policy. Please review the following terms carefully.

Returns Due to Quality Issues

If you receive a Nakto e-bike with quality defects, you may return it within 6 months of receipt with the following refund schedule:

• Within 14 days: 100% refund
• 14 days to 2 months: 80% refund
• 3 to 4 months: 70% refund
• 5 to 6 months: 60% refund
• Over 6 months: No returns accepted

Important Notes:

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• No restocking fee for quality-related returns
• Sale items are NOT eligible for return or refund
• Nakto does not provide return labels; customers must arrange their own shipping
• Use trackable shipping services for security

Alternative Option: You may choose to have your e-bike repaired at a local shop. Nakto offers free parts and partial reimbursement for repairs (up to agreed-upon limits). A repair quotation must be approved by Nakto before payment.

• Self-repair reimbursement available (one time, with Nakto approval)
