At Eco Bike USA, customer satisfaction is our priority. All Nakto electric bikes are backed by the manufacturer's return policy. Please review the following terms carefully.

Returns Due to Quality Issues

If you receive a Nakto e-bike with quality defects, you may return it within 6 months of receipt with the following refund schedule:

• Within 14 days: 100% refund
• 14 days to 2 months: 80% refund
• 3 to 4 months: 70% refund
• 5 to 6 months: 60% refund
• Over 6 months: No returns accepted

Important Notes:

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• No restocking fee for quality-related returns
• Sale items are NOT eligible for return or refund
• Nakto does not provide return labels; customers must arrange their own shipping
• Use trackable shipping services for security

Alternative Option: You may choose to have your e-bike repaired at a local shop. Nakto offers free parts and partial reimbursement for repairs (up to agreed-upon limits). A repair quotation must be approved by Nakto before payment.

Returns Due to Non-Quality Issues

Returns for buyer's remorse or non-defective items are accepted within 14 days only.

• Restocking fee: 20% of purchase price
• Customer pays return shipping costs
• No returns accepted after 14 days
• Sale items are NOT eligible for return

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at support@ecobikesusa.com within the applicable timeframe
2. Provide photos or video showing any quality issues
3. Include: Order number, purchase date, and description of issue
4. Wait for approval before shipping

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued after Nakto receives and inspects the returned e-bike. The refund amount will be based on the timeframe and reason for return as outlined above.

Warranty Parts

For warranty-covered components within the 1-year warranty period:

• One free replacement available
• Customer pays flat $19 shipping fee per shipment
• Self-repair reimbursement available (one time, with Nakto approval)
