At Eco Bike USA, all HappyRun electric bikes come with comprehensive manufacturer warranty coverage. This warranty protects your investment against defects in materials and workmanship when the bike is used normally according to the manufacturer's guidelines.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery of your original purchase. Coverage varies by component as outlined below:

Frame & Structure

• Frame: 24 months - Covers natural deformation, open welding, desoldering, and fracture due to manufacturing defects. Does not cover self-modification or collision damage.
• Front Forks & Handlebar: 12 months

Essential Components

6-Month Coverage:

• Crank Chain Plate
• Wheel Hub & Spokes
• Derailleur & Freewheel
• Chain & Bottom Bracket
• Shock Absorber
• Kickstand, Rims, Shifter

3-Month Coverage:

• Pedals, Tires, Saddles
• Fenders, Brakes
• Brake Discs, Brake Rods, Brake Levers

Note: Punctures from sharp objects, collision damage, human-caused damage, and self-modifications are not covered.

Electrical Components

12-Month Coverage:

• Motors, Halls, Bearings
• Controller, Charger, Main Harness
• Battery: Maintains up to 75% of original capacity for up to 300 charging cycles

Covers short circuits, burnouts, and performance failures from manufacturing defects. Does not cover water damage, disconnections, or human error.

6-Month Coverage:

• Display, Speed Control Knob
• Booster, Throttle

3-Month Coverage:

• Headlights, Turn Signal Lights
• Taillights, Keys, Switches

What's NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from abuse, neglect, misuse, or accidents
• Stunt riding, ramp jumping, or activities inconsistent with intended use
• Improper battery charging or use of non-HappyRun chargers
• Third-party parts, accessories, or modifications
• Modified or tampered components
• Lost or damaged keys/NFC cards
• Repairs by unauthorized persons
• Stolen bikes

Important: All warranties are void if electrical parts have been repaired or modified by unauthorized personnel.

Filing a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please contact us at support@ecobikesusa.com with:

1. Proof of purchase
2. Photos or videos of the damaged product
3. Description of the issue

We encourage you to reach out before filing a claim, as many issues have simple fixes that don't require replacement parts.

Note:

• HappyRun will not replace parts without photo or video evidence
• Free replacement parts are provided; installation fees are not covered unless authorized
• Shipping damage claims must be filed within 14 days of delivery
• Scratched accessories during shipping are not eligible for replacement

Warranty Region

This warranty applies only to bikes purchased within the continental United States (lower 48 states). We do not ship warranty parts to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.

HappyRun Electric Bike Return & Refund Policy

At Eco Bike USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your HappyRun electric bike purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before making your purchase.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, email us at support@ecobikesusa.com before shipment. Cancellation requests are subject to approval and not guaranteed. If successfully canceled, you'll receive email confirmation within 24 hours. A 4.5% transaction processing fee (retained by the payment processor, not Eco Bike USA) will be deducted from your refund.

After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped, but you may refuse the package. A 4.5% transaction processing fee and return shipping costs apply: $150 for adult bikes ($200 for G100 Pro/G300 Pro models) and $40 for kids' bikes. The transaction fee can be waived if you opt for a product exchange instead.

Return Policy

14-Day Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Returns are not accepted after 14 days except for quality issues.

Holiday Exception: Purchases made between November 21st and December 24th can be returned until January 6th of the following year.

Non-Quality Returns

New & Unused Bikes (Within 14 Days):

• Return shipping fee: $150 per bike ($200 for G100 Pro/G300 Pro)
• 4.5% transaction processing fee applies
• No restocking fee

Used Bikes (Within 14 Days):

• Return shipping fee: $150 per bike ($200 for G100 Pro/G300 Pro)
• 20% restocking fee
• 4.5% transaction processing fee
• Bike must be in good condition with odometer reading under 20 miles

Quality Issue Returns

Within 14 Days:

• Full refund with no return shipping or processing fees (for critically damaged items affecting functional use)
• Option to exchange for another e-bike at no additional cost
• Our team will investigate all quality claims; intentional or man-made damage will incur return shipping fees

Critically damaged items are defined as products with main structure deformation affecting normal function.

After 14 Days:

• Return shipping fees may apply depending on circumstances
• Contact support@ecobikesusa.com for evaluation

What's NOT Considered a Quality Issue:

• Minor damage to outer packaging
• Damage to parts or wearing parts after excessive use
• Normal wear and tear from regular use

Accessories & Components

New & Unused (Within 14 Days):

• Full refund available
• Return shipping charges:
  
  $50 for wheels, motors, batteries, trailers
  $15 for all other accessories

Return Requirements

All returns must include:

• Original packaging and shipping box
• All included items (battery, charger, keys, tool set, manual, etc.)
• Products must be free of wear, dirt, and scratches
• Same condition as received

Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@ecobikesusa.com with:

• Photos and/or videos as evidence
• Order number and reason for return

If approved, we'll provide a return shipping label. If you arrange your own return shipping (with our approval), you're responsible for safe shipment and successful delivery. Eco Bike USA is not liable for lost return packages or customer-arranged shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Once confirmed, applicable fees will be deducted and the remaining amount refunded to your original payment method.

If your refund hasn't appeared after 7 days, contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary by financial institution.
