AOSTIRMOTOR Electric Bike Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests for non-defective or non-damaged electric bicycles within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be requested by contacting Eco Bike USA customer service within this timeframe. We will not accept returns after 30 days from the delivery date.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your AOSTIRMOTOR electric bike must meet ALL of the following conditions:

• Less than 10 miles on the odometer
• Free of any wear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or signs of use
• In the same packaging and condition as received
• Include ALL original items: bike, charger, keys, tool kit, and all accessories

Return Fees & Refunds

• 15% processing fee will be charged on all bicycle returns
• You will receive an 85% refund of the total order price
• Products that have not yet shipped are subject to a 10% processing fee

   You must pack the bicycle according to our requirements, take photos after packing, and send them to us for approval

   After receiving authorization from customer service, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. Print and affix the label to the box.
   
4. Refund Processing
   
   Your refund will be processed within 3 business days after our warehouse confirms receipt of the returned bike. Bank processing may cause slight delays.
   

Warning: Products returned without authorization from customer service will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.

Non-Returnable Items

• All parts and accessories
• Special orders
• Used products (except for extreme breakage/malfunction covered under warranty)

Defective or Damaged Products
